How do I book an audit or discovery call?
You can book a free 30 min consultation via the Contact Page. Choose the appropriate request type mpartiality Audit, System/Internal Audit, Accreditation Preparation Support, General Inquiry), and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Can we white-label your training or integrate it into our internal programs?
We don’t offer white-label options. However, we are open to co-branded or partnership-based delivery, where Eco Fluent Solutions and Souha Bel Haj Messaoud are clearly credited. Let’s discuss how we can collaborate while maintaining full transparency and integrity.
Do you offer group training or in-house sessions?
Yes. We offer custom training for teams or internal audit departments. Contact us to request a proposal.
What if I need help during the course?
All tiers include access to Q&A support via email or our learning portal. Higher tiers include 1:1 support, feedback reviews, or private coaching calls.
In which language are the trainings offered?
Currently, courses are primarily available in English. Full French versions are under development.
How long do I have access to the course materials?
You will have 12 months access to course materials, including updates. For live sessions, replays are available within 24–48 hours.
Are the trainings Qualiopi-eligible for CPF or French public funding?
Coming soon. We are working towards Qualiopi certification to ensure eligibility for CPF or other public schemes.
Can I join a single course instead of a full batch?
Yes. Courses are available individually, but joining a full batch gives you a bundled discount and continuous learning progression across all levels.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. Every paid course includes a Certificate of Completion.
Once CPD accreditation is finalized, all applicable certificates will carry the CPD certification logo, recognized across the UK, EU, and many global industries.
Are the courses live, pre-recorded, or hybrid?
Most of our trainings are offered in a hybrid format:
- Pre-recorded video lessons
- Downloadable templates and tools
- Optional live Q&A sessions and feedback meetings for mid/professional tiers.
