From corporate systems to a personal mission: how it started
Hi, I’m Souha. I created Eco Fluent Solutions because I was tired of watching professionals struggle with sustainability frameworks they had never been properly taught.
I hold a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan.
For years I worked inside organisations where sustainability reporting and quality assurance felt more like a stress test than a lever for progress. I saw SME leaders, internal auditors and capable teams do their best to keep up with shifting requirements — then get lost in complexity, vague guidance and conflicting expectations.
Even as a QHSE manager and lead auditor, I often asked myself:
« Why isn’t there a clear, practical way to connect sustainability theory to day-to-day business reality? »
That question never left me. It became the foundation of Eco Fluent Solutions: a place where sustainability reporting becomes readable, actionable and free of jargon.
My mission

My mission is to deliver field-grounded training and audit services that are accessible and aligned with what professionals actually need.

I want this platform to be a place where verifiers, assurance providers and sustainability reporting professionals — in Europe and beyond — feel supported, understood and equipped.
What I bring
Field expertise, not theory alone
I do not come from the outside: I have been in your place.
I have managed auditor teams, prepared accreditation body visits, run ISO 17029 systems and supported CSRD-aligned reporting under pressure. My path spans verification bodies in France and corporate quality systems in Japan — and every step confirmed one conviction: people invest deeply, even when systems do not support them enough.
This is not a side project or a content brand alone. Eco Fluent Solutions is my personal commitment to help others do this work better — with more confidence, clarity and impact.
