With a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tokyo, I bring more than fifteen years of international experience in research, engineering, industrial leadership and quality management.
My approach starts on the ground: understanding how teams work and the constraints they face to translate requirements into practical methods. I combine technical rigour, operational understanding and skills transfer.
