Meet the founder
An international career, an approach grounded in practice
Hello, I’m Souha. What I love about my work is understanding how things actually happen: listening to the people doing the work, asking questions and exploring with them what could make their everyday work easier.
My experience across different countries and sectors has taught me to take the time to understand before proposing a solution. A method can seem obvious on paper yet be difficult to apply with a team’s resources, habits and constraints.
This reality is what inspired me to create Eco Fluent Solutions. The challenges faced by validation and verification bodies and SMEs resonate with me: wanting to do things well, having to meet specific expectations and sometimes lacking clear guidance on how to move forward.
I enjoy sharing knowledge, explaining and seeing someone gain confidence because they finally understand what is expected. This is what I aim to bring to every engagement: attentive listening, honest discussions and ways of working that the team can make their own.

My mission
Making sustainability practical and accessible
I want to make sustainability practical and accessible by helping teams understand requirements and apply them in their everyday work.
My mission is to provide consulting, training and internal audits grounded in practice and adapted to each organisation’s needs and resources.
For validation and verification bodies, this means strengthening their ISO/IEC 17029 and ISO 14065 systems and preparing for accreditation assessments. For SMEs, it means organising their sustainability information and supporting evidence to respond to customer requests.
In both cases, I aim to provide clear guidance and practical methods while maintaining the necessary rigour.

My vision
Organisations equipped to keep their systems working
I want to contribute to organisations where requirements are understood, responsibilities are identified and information is reliable enough to support responses and decisions.
A useful system evolves with the business. Documents reflect actual practices, teams know where to find information and improvements are gradually integrated into everyday work.
This is the autonomy I seek to develop through my consulting engagements, training and workshops.

What I bring
Technical rigour, operational understanding and teaching skills
My scientific background has taught me to analyse information rigorously. My industrial and quality responsibilities have exposed me to implementation constraints: time, coordination, competence and operational continuity.
Teaching and professional training also play an important role in my work. I enjoy explaining, illustrating with concrete examples and helping each person apply concepts to their own situation.
These complementary experiences guide my support: asking the right questions, structuring information and working with teams to develop methods suited to their needs.
